Job Title: Practice Coordinator



Location(s): San Francisco, CA





Overview:

The Practice Coordinator 3 provides both front and back office support in a high-volume orthosurgery spine clinic setting. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient clinic operations, excellent patient service, and effective coordination within a multidisciplinary team.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Provide administrative and clinical support for daily clinic operations.

  • Handle patient scheduling, check-in/check-out, and documentation within APeX.

  • Coordinate communication among patients, providers, and staff.

  • Manage clinic flow for approximately 75 - 80 patients per day.

  • Assist in back-office duties as needed to support providers and medical assistants.



Qualifications:




  • Experience: Minimum of 6 months to 1 year in a clinical or healthcare administrative role.

  • Training: Must be APeX-trained (no exceptions).


  • Skills:




    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt quickly.

    • Efficient multitasker with attention to detail.
