About the Role

We're looking for a Software Engineer to build features that help companies tackle tough privacy challenges. In addition to the core Transcend application, you'll work on new products and initiatives such as Workflow orchestration and Consent Management tools.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with product managers and designers to build business‑critical features that align with our privacy goals.
• Ship production‑ready code with comprehensive tests, logging, metrics, and alerts.
• Work across the stack, including Typescript, React, GraphQL, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and AWS.
• Proactively fix production and development issues to accelerate learning and growth.

Who You Are

• You have less than 2 years of experience in software engineering.
• You take charge of your own learning, ask for help when needed, and balance depth with delivery.
• You identify trade‑offs, prioritize projects, and care about business impact.
• You communicate effectively in an async, remote‑first environment.
• You are excited to grow technically and non‑technically through mentorship and feedback.
