We are looking for an experienced Paralegal to join our world‑class legal team and support the evolving and impactful Litigation and Global Employment Legal functions. As a Litigation and Global Employment Legal Paralegal at Zendesk, you'll play a critical role in supporting our worldwide dispute resolution and employment matters. This is a highly visible, hands‑on position where you'll partner closely with our litigation and global employment legal teams, engage with stakeholders across multiple regions, and manage matters that span jurisdictions. You'll be at the center of coordinating investigations, litigation, and compliance processes, while also helping track budgets and ensuring efficient use of resources. This role will report directly to the VP, Legal Global Employment, who is based out of our San Francisco, CA offices.
The US hourly base rate range for this position is $45.19–$67.31. This position may also be eligible for bonus, benefits, or related incentives. While this range reflects the minimum and maximum value for new hire rates for the position across all US locations, the offer for the successful candidate for this position will be based on job related capabilities, applicable experience, and other factors such as work location. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base rate only (or OTE for commissions based roles), and do not include bonus, benefits, or related incentives.
Hybrid: In this role, our hybrid experience is designed at the team level to give you a rich onsite experience packed with connection, collaboration, learning, and celebration - while also giving you flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. This role must attend our local office for part of the week. The specific in‑office schedule is to be determined by the hiring manager.
