Expected starting base salary $35 to $38 per hour.

Job Description:

• Process payroll for 200-250 employees using ADP WorkforceNOW software
• Review timecards to verify compliance
• Process payroll timesheets in an accurate and timely manner
• Calculate payroll for both hourly and salaried employees (Union experience is helpful!)
• Ensure employee sick/vacation time is available
• Communicate with proper people, communicating and completing all steps in the onboarding process for new hires.
• Maintain accurate employee personnel files and helps ensure employee hours are entered properly
• Ensure compliance in new hire and additional paperwork for current employees through our online system

• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
• Able to communicate complex information to a variety of audiences
