We are excited to invite applications for a full-time Sales and Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team! This role will primarily focus on making outbound sales calls, along with managing inbound calls and general customer service tasks. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of outbound sales experience; additional experience in customer service within the healthcare sector is highly valued. Ideal candidates will possess excellent interpersonal skills and a strong customer focus. Since this position is fully remote, employees will operate from a company-provided computer that tracks productivity and computer usage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Outreach: Engage in proactive outbound calls to potential patients interested in our services, guiding them in understanding which evaluations are appropriate for their needs and addressing insurance and financial inquiries.
  • Patient Engagement: Respond to patient questions and concerns through various communication avenues, ensuring timely and precise information is provided to enhance patient satisfaction.
  • Appointment Management: Oversee the scheduling of patient appointments, collaborating with clinical staff to ensure efficient appointment availability and a smooth patient journey.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with clinical, administrative, and technical teams to address patient needs and improve service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Availability for remote work from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm PST (12:00 pm - 9:00 pm EST), Monday through Friday, free from distractions.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound sales (cold calling).
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong technological proficiency and organizational skills.
  • Excellent people skills and communication abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for engaging with prospects over the phone.
  • Adaptable as responsibilities grow with the company.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive base salary of $50,000 - $52,000, along with a bonus potential of $6,000. Benefits include:

Required Experience

  • 2 years in healthcare customer service (required)
