Executive Legal Recruiter | LHH | CA Licensed Attorney

A leading Chambers Ranked boutique firm is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate Attorney with 1-6 years of experience to join its San Francisco office. In this role, you will represent employers of all sizes ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, non-profit organizations, and higher educational institutions in traditional labor and employment litigation.

The firm fosters a strong mentorship environment, prioritizing attorney development and career growth. You will gain invaluable experience working alongside top-rated and former Big Law attorneys, within a culture that values work-life balance.

This firm offers:

• Office type: Hybrid (3 days in office)
• Billables: 1750
• Bonus: Bonus eligibility and amount are based upon company and/or individual performance (generous bonus for hours over billable requirement and performance based bonus)
• Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan
• Additional perks: paid parking, cell phone reimbursement and lunch provided 3 times a week
• Immediate client contact
• Assignments are tailored to associates in a way that reflects their interests (transactional assignments, advice and counsel & litigation)

Required Qualifications:

• 1-6 Years of Labor & Employment Defense Experience
• JD from an accredited university
• Active membership in the California State Bar
