Role

This isnt your typical BDR job. Were looking for a cold-calling machine someone who live for dialing, pitching, and closing demos Our current BDR booked 80 SQL demos in the first two months alone. The demand is real now we need another beast to take it to the next level.

What You'll Do

Week 1

• Learn the product, ICP, pricing, and how we do cold calls
• Book your first demo
  
  

Month 1

• Book 20+ qualified demos through cold calls + emails
• Track results, run experiments, and iterate fast
  
  

Month 1+

• Scale to 30+ demos/month
• Build strong prospect relationships
• Help us define a repeatable, scalable outbound engine
  
  

Core Responsibilities

• 80% Cold Calling + Prospecting: List building, prospecting, calling, and hustling across channels
• 20% Sales Ops: Keep CRM sharp, refine processes, and create content that speaks to devs
