POSITION DETAILS:We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse Clerk to support our Food & Beverage operations on a part-time, event-driven basis. This role involves the accurate receiving, storing, rotating, and returning of inventory while ensuring food quality standards are upheld. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of inventory control, portioning, food safety, and storage practices. POSITION DUTIES:Account for all products and materials received at and issued from the warehouse. Receive and store all products according to handling procedures established by the Purchasing Manager. Properly rotate and monitor storage of all purchased products according to established handling procedures. Prepare daily and monthly inventories as requested by the Purchasing Manager, including walk-in refrigerators, F&B storage areas and equipment.
