The Youth Development Program Quality and Fidelity Director is responsible for the strategic direction, management, and continuous improvement of program quality across multiple youth development programs. This role supports various afterschool programs with the design, implementation, and evaluation of program quality and fidelity in their programs. This role will be reporting to the Associate Executive Director.

The Youth Development Program Quality and Fidelity Director position offers a compensation range of $70,000 $73,000 per year. This rate is based on salary benchmarking for similar roles and is aligned with grant fund approvals and requirements for the position.
