This team plays an important role in building excellent go‑to‑market infrastructure from tooling to enhancing Global Business Organization (GBO) business skills to ensuring execution and operations against desired business outcomes and priorities. Go‑to‑Market (GTM) has teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as in global teams that work across the business areas.
As a GPS Head of Search Ads 360 (SA360), Campaign Manager 360 (CM360) and Commerce Retail Media, you will lead the product go‑to‑market organization for critical Google Marketing Platform (GMP) platforms as well as these platforms (Display and Video 360) and enable enterprise commerce media. You will partner closely with their counter‑part dedicated to Display and Video 360. You will represent the overall go‑to‑market for the Google Marketing Platform with their team supporting core product work. You will also lead the enterprise product suite and lead SA360 and CM360 in a broader multi‑channel, AI‑driven martech ecosystem.
The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $230,000–$324,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
