About The Role

We are seeking a talented large language model application engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong spirit of innovation, an outstanding technical background, and a passion for exploring large language models.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize intelligent agents based on large language models.
• Collaborate with the team to iterate prompting to improve agent performance.
• Analyze and solve technical problems during the development process and develop methodologies for agent development.
• Cooperate with large language model suppliers to optimize model performance.
• Stay updated on the latest developments and technical trends in the field of artificial intelligence and machine learning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
• Understanding of large models, with enthusiasm and broad vision for exploration.
• Good programming skills and algorithmic foundations.
• Excellent teamwork ability and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in large language model & agent-related application projects.
• Relevant experience in intelligent customer service / NLU / virtual humans.
• Product sense.
