  • Demonstrated success in designing and implementing enterprise‑level learning programs (e.g., business development, leadership readiness, or professional skills).
  • Strong strategic thinking, program design, facilitation, and project management skills; ability to manage complex initiatives and collaborate across service lines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Suite (advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams) and familiarity with learning technologies (LMS, analytics, AI‑driven tools).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to inspire trust, build relationships, and serve as a credible partner to senior leaders.
  • Willingness to travel for key learning initiatives and in‑person program delivery.
  • Advanced degree preferred (MBA or Master's in Organizational Development, Education, or Human Resources); a Bachelor's degree with significant leadership experience will be considered.
