Amplitude's Commitment to Diversity Equity & Inclusion (DEI): Amplitude believes that diversity enables the creation of better products, improves the ability to solve complex problems, and drives more powerful solutions. We strive to create an environment of inclusion—one focused on psychological safety, empathy, and human connection—that will allow employees of all backgrounds to thrive.
The PLG + Growth Platform team is a high‑impact, cross‑functional team within Amplitude's Product Adoption org. We build the systems that power how Amplitude grows — from how we launch new products to how customers discover, try, and upgrade them.
We're not just building infrastructure for internal teams. We're building backend systems that shape how customers experience value — systems that determine what products they can access, how trials are delivered, how usage is tracked, and how monetization flows through the platform.
This is a back‑end‑leaning full‑stack focused role on a team that includes engineers, PMs, designers, and GTM stakeholders. We ship infrastructure that product teams across Amplitude rely on — and that customers experience directly through feature availability, entitlements, upgrades, and more.
If you're an early‑career engineer who wants to work on real systems with real business impact, this is the place to start. You'll contribute to the core platform that drives adoption and revenue across the company — and learn how infrastructure powers growth at scale.
