Job Summary
The Department of Medicine (DOM) at Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital (ZSFG) is seeking an Education Programs Coordinator to serve as the primary administrative coordinator for our dynamic academic medical environment. As the largest department at ZSFG and the second largest in the UCSF School of Medicine, ZSFG DOM supports an extensive network of faculty, residents, medical students, and subspecialty services across 14 medicine divisions. This role serves as the central liaison and “hub” for all operational coordination between inpatient medical teams, consult services, and academic programs. The Education Programs Coordinator ensures seamless integration of trainees and faculty into our systems by managing complex scheduling, orientation processes, and access coordination. Working collaboratively with the Clinical Operations Manager, Residency Site Director, and Medical Clerkship Director, this position is essential to maintaining the high standards of our academic mission while ensuring all administrative systems function efficiently.
