Lab Mouse Technician - Huge Growth Opportunity

Base pay: $100,000 - $130,000 /yr. Up to $130,000 base + Equity.

Location: South San Fran (on site; relocation package available for exceptional minds).

Responsibilities

• Administer treatments to mice via intranasal, intrathecal, intravenous, and subcutaneous routes.


• Perform EEG/EMG surgeries independently.


• Handle all aspects of rodent colony management, including drug measurement, dilution, preparation, and data logging.


• Maintain surgical prep, aseptic technique, and post?operative care.


• Follow complex protocols and keep detailed study records.

Qualifications

• PhD in Biological Sciences, Neuroscience, Pharmacology, or closely related field; prior biotech or academic experience essential.


• Strong start?up mentality: independent, resourceful, problem?solving; comfortable in fast?moving lean operation.


• Willingness to adapt, learn quickly, tackle challenges head?on to meet ambitious goals.


• Detail?oriented and uncompromising on lab and animal welfare standards.
