The Sage Groups client, a leading FinTech company, is seeking a strategic, results-driven Go-to-Market Senior Manager to lead product launches, streamline GTM processes, and drive cross-functional alignment for the #1 Most Love Banking App. In this role, you will drive the strategy, development, and execution of marketing campaigns that build the brand. This highly cross-functional role will collaborate with internal teams across Brand Marketing, Paid Media, Creative, Analytics, Product Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing as well as external agencies to create compelling campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes.
A successful candidate leads with a customer-first mindset, combining data and insights to build campaigns that resonate with consumers and inspire action. You value collaboration, are adept at thinking strategically and tactically, have a background in launching new products, and are passionate about storytelling.
You will partner closely with Product, Brand, Growth, and Engineering/UX teams to create GTM campaigns across channels that maximize acquisition, engagement, and retention.
