The Procurement coordinator provides expertise in processes and systems, managing the requisition to PO workflow and supporting business partners in the process. The candidate will contribute to the development and implementation of business-wide procurement processes collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and vendors to maintain smooth procurement operations. Reporting to the head of procurement, the successful candidate will play an important role in supporting the procurement process.
Minimum of 2 years relevant procurement experience. Proven relevant experience with P2P systems, preferably Zip.

The base salary range for candidates within the San Francisco Bay Area is $102,000 - 122,000. Actual base pay will depend on a variety of factors such as education, skills, experience, location, etc. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All regular employees may also be eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as stock in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
Intercom has a hybrid working policy. We believe that working in person helps us stay connected, collaborate easier and create a great culture while still providing flexibility to work from home. We expect employees to be in the office at least three days per week.
