The Office of the City Administrator and its Real Estate Division oversee core internal and public-facing services in San Francisco. The Real Estate Division provides real property services including acquisition, sale, leasing, property management, and related support for City departments and public facilities.
The Office of the City Administrator, Real Estate Division, seeks a dynamic Citywide Campus Manager to lead operations, provide building/property management, and building services across the Mini-Citywide Campus (over 1 million square feet of public facilities). The role supervises engineers, tradespeople, and vendors, coordinates maintenance and capital projects, manages vendor contracts, and serves as the primary liaison with City departments, elected officials, and tenants.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Possession of a baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university.
Experience: Three (3) years of professional experience in building or property management. (Experience solely in residential property management is not considered qualifying).
Substitution: Additional experience may be substituted for the degree on a year-for-year basis. One year is equivalent to 30 semester units / 45 quarter units.
Notes: One-year full-time employment is equivalent to 2000 hours. Applicants must meet minimum qualification requirements by the final filing date unless otherwise noted.
Desirable Qualifications: Two (2) years of supervisory experience in building or property management.
