Are you an experienced tax professional seeking a dynamic opportunity with a confidential, market-leading organization? We are searching for a Senior Tax Associate to join a high-performing team supporting complex, multi-entity operations. What You'll Do

  • Prepare and review work papers for consolidated and unconsolidated corporate and partnership tax returns.
  • Support complex multi-entity structures and partnership allocations.
  • Prepare tax forms and returns on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis (including FATCA, FBAR, VAT, GST).
  • Review domestic and international partnership and corporation income tax returns.
  • Prepare tax computations, workpapers, schedules, and quarterly/year-end US and foreign tax provisions.
  • Maintain and analyze tax basis of partnerships and LLCs.
  • Respond to tax notices and inquiries; review tax elections and correspond with tax agencies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Accounting, Legal, Contracts, Finance) and external partners (service providers, auditors, tax advisors).
  • Assist with special projects as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • 4–6 years of hands-on experience with corporate and partnership tax in multi-entity environments.
  • Strong Excel skills; industry experience required (not straight from public accounting).
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics; CPA or Master's in Taxation preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfort working in an automated environment (Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, online research tools, custom databases).
  • Research and strong writing skills are a plus.
