At Pacific Heights Dental, our team provides compassionate, patient-centered care for individuals and families. We focus on clear communication, a calming environment, and a collaborative approach to ensure every patient feels comfortable and informed about their oral health. We are seeking motivated dental professionals who prioritize patient experience and want to join a supportive, growth-oriented team.
Our treatment coordinators play a vital role in providing a best-in-class patient experience by educating patients about their treatment plans, increasing case acceptance, and managing treatment plans, co-pays, balances, and scheduling.
Compensation
Compensation: $29.50 - $30.00 per hour based on experience
Key Responsibilities
- Build patient relationships and provide exceptional customer service by creating a calm and welcoming environment.
- Act as a liaison or case manager between the practice and the patient.
- Review treatment plans with patients, answer questions, discuss financial options, and make financial agreements regarding treatment, cost, and method of payment.
- Collect payments and copays.
- Monitor, schedule, and call patients to fill any Doctor or Hygiene openings.
- Ensure that patients with outstanding balances are informed of the practice's financial policy.
- Schedule new patients within two to four days of their initial call.
- Ensure that all patient records are current and accurate.
Qualifications
- Customer service/sales experience
- Dental office experience (preferred)

Working Environment
Working conditions are typical of an office environment. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.
