At Rippling, the growth team is the tip of the spear of revenue generation. Our teams job is to maximize revenue by efficiently driving sales demos. We do that by running marketing experiments across multiple channels, then rapidly scaling the ones that work. In this role, youll be the most senior IC in our highest investment channel - Search Engine Marketing (SEM). As a member of our growth team, youll own the end-to-end performance of your channel and products, diligently optimizing while also exploring new and creative ways to inflect growth.
