Impact. As a Security IT Specialist located in San Francisco, CA you will you will provide both technical, security, and system administrative support for Shipt computer endpoints, primary communication systems, and enterprise security platforms. Each day you will work closely with your team to manage support ticket requests to provide team members any necessary technical support as well as evaluating and recommending system changes to further automate and reduce technical blockers. While no two days are the same you will be responsible for the management of common Saas platforms such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and Microsoft 365. You will configure and maintain MDM systems, such as JAMF, to ensure team members devices are secure, are monitored according to cybersecurity best practices, and can safely access internal networks.
