Base pay range

$190,000.00/yr - $240,000.00/yr

Were building world-class AI agents across voice, chat, web, SMS, and email including AI voice agents, browser agents, back-office agents, and chat agents.

Responsibilities

• Have 1+ years building production AI agents.
• Are full-stack and fast: expert in Python, Next.js, React, Tailwind, Shadcn, AWS.
• Know vector DBs (e.g. Pinecone) and context engineering cold.
• Think like an owner, not an employee proactive, optimistic, and relentlessly curious.
• Ship production-ready code daily.
• Balanced approach to AI coding. Knows when to vibe code, and when not to. Understands all code that is generated.
• Communicate clearly, make good decisions fast, and care deeply about the product and users.
• Bonus: experience building ML pipelines, small models, or fine-tuning.
