The Event Sales Manager (ESM) excels in sales while adhering to established sales systems. They engage guests in conversations, effectively close sales, maintain a strong Book of Business, and nurture client relationships. The ESM demonstrates a drive to outperform and strong outbound sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for booking full service events at Pinstripes, including corporate gatherings, weddings, mitzvahs, private parties, and other special occasions.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve robust budgets, with a minimum target of $1 million in annual sales, focusing on cultivating new client relationships and maintaining existing ones.
• Oversee all aspects of client liaison, ensuring personalized experiences and satisfaction for each event booked.
• Plan and coordinate all details of events, working closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and managing client requirements to ensure smooth execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including event coordinators and operations staff, to ensure seamless event planning and execution.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities, adapting strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge and drive business growth.
• Lead by example, motivating and inspiring team members to consistently deliver exceptional results in sales and event execution.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in high-volume sales, preferably within the hospitality, restaurant, or entertainment industry.
• Proven ability to motivate and cultivate a positive team culture.
• Deep understanding of the local market and its nuances.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Gmail; previous experience with CRM software such as Salesforce is a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a track record of driving results through effective collaboration.
