Title: Social Media Manager + Video Content Creator
Location: Remote (US?based preferred)
Start Date: December 2025

Responsibilities

As the social media manager, you will develop an organic social strategy and create high?quality, original content across multiple platforms to boost brand visibility, trust, and engagement, drive traffic to our website, and grow our social following.

• Plan and execute a social media strategy based on brand guidelines, product offerings, seasonal topics, brand partnerships, and business goals.
• Plan and schedule a monthly social calendar using Loomly.
• Create and apply creative copy to design templates, update templates as needed, write captions and scripts, and implement strategic tagging, hashtags, and social engagement.
• Implement best practices and optimizations across platforms and create content tailored to different target audiences based on platform.
• Video editing: edit both long and short form video for reels, YouTube podcasts, and ad?hoc content projects.
• Collaborate with the Business, Design, and Copy teams on high?impact/high?effort projects, such as YouTube tutorials and video podcasts.
• Coordinate with paid marketing campaigns and SEO efforts.
• Present monthly analytic reports with strategic suggestions for improvement.
• Maintain a schedule of availability for communicating with the team and ensuring any requests are met in a timely manner.
