The Company is seeking a Head of U.S. Clinical Sales for its OTTAVA platform, a pioneering product in the field of soft-tissue surgical robotics. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and directing the clinical sales strategy, ensuring its effective implementation to foster long-term growth. This role demands a leader with a strong background in complex medical capital equipment sales, capable of building and leading a high-performing clinical sales organization. The Head of U.S. Clinical Sales will be at the forefront of the company's mission to deliver innovative surgical technologies and solutions, with a focus on improving and expanding the possibilities of surgery for the treatment of prevalent conditions.

Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) and at least 10 years' of experience in a related field. The role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in growing medical capital and clinical equipment within target markets. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to build strong relationships with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders. People leadership, including talent development and fostering an inclusive work environment, is a key aspect of the position.
