Paralegal/Senior Paralegal

The Paralegal/Senior Paralegal applies corporate knowledge of law and legal procedures to provide assistance to lawyers.

Responsibilities include:

• Stock and capitalization management
• Board and Board committee minutes preparation
• SEC Section 13 filings
• SEC Section 16 filings
• Preparing director and officer questionnaires
• Preparing closing certificates
• Preparing and filing securities filings
• Preparing board and stockholder resolutions
• Transaction closings
• Performing work efficiently and cost-effectively to enable the firm to collect fees
• Meeting billable hours target of 1,725 hours (unless otherwise specified)
• Working overtime as required
• Handling additional related projects as assigned

Qualifications:

• At least 4 years of Paralegal experience (preferred)
• At least 4 years of relevant corporate experience
• ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate (required)
• Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
