Position Summary

We are seeking a seasoned paralegal with strong litigation experience to support a collaborative partner and join a long-tenured, highly regarded team. In this role you'll handle key litigation support—from document production and filings to client coordination and case management—in a positive, professional, and collegial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative and litigation support to attorneys.
• Draft, proof, and file legal documents and correspondence.
• Manage document production for trials, hearings, and depositions.
• Handle electronic filings across courts and jurisdictions.
• Maintain case files, schedules, and databases.
• Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and colleagues.
• Assist with billing and expense tracking.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of litigation experience (probate experience a plus).
• Strong knowledge of state filings and agency procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office, iManage, and PDF tools.
• Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills.
• Proactive, organized, and deadline-driven.
• College degree preferred, not required.
