Overview

Site Supervisor - Grounds Keeping is located in Novato, CA. North Bay Industries (NBI) is hiring for this role.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling work, instruction, supervision, and performance reviews of the Grounds Maintenance/Janitorial crew.
• Responsible for all operations of Hamilton grounds maintenance/janitorial as assigned.
• Interpreting government contracts to ensure compliance and provision of contracted services.
• Maintaining equipment.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Commercial Landscaping
• Supervisory/Leadership experience
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft 365
• Must maintain a valid CA driver's license
• Must pass a drug test, physical, and background check. The background check goes back at least 10 years if not more.

Employment details

• Full-time position
• Position is considered exempt for wage and hour purposes.
• Work schedule is: Monday – Friday. Hours are: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.
