The Client Service Department Coordinator partners with the Client Service leadership and all clinical staff to ensure daily Client Service Coordinator (CSC) department activities are completed in an effective and efficient manner. Along with, or in lieu of the CSC Lead, the Department Coordinator will properly allocate staffing and resources to facilitate the highest level of client service and patient care possible. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Incumbent must have the skills, ability, and judgment to perform the following essential job duties and responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation:Operate as the primary liaison between the CS - Cs, clients, doctors, and clinical staff for the CSC department. Continuously review workload for the CSC team and formulate/implement plans to execute in a productive and efficient manner.
