The Supervisor, Servers will lead the Server team in the configuration and operation of Infrastructure Services servers. The Supervisor, Servers leads the Servers team in working with a broad range of customers, partners, and key University stakeholders to provide best-in-class system administration services and is responsible for implementation and operations activities. This role involves leading the team in deployment, configuration, and day-to-day operations of centralized, distributed, physical, hypervisor, and virtual servers to ensure stability and security. The Supervisor, Servers makes certain that critical issues are tracked, managed, and escalated appropriately, and facilitates effective issue resolution in a timely manner.
