Salary: $26.50 – $27.00 per hour

Job Summary

In conjunction with unit management, the Floor Supervisor monitors activities to ensure conformance with company standards, government and accrediting agency regulations, and provides outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensures optimal customer service and client satisfaction.
• Provides cost‑effective management that meets and exceeds stated expectations.
• Assists in responsibility for all operational activities including quality improvement, sanitation, infection control and all facility‑related activities.
• Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree, or comparable experience.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Supervisory, leadership, management and coaching skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate across all levels.
• The ability to multi‑task and establish priorities.
• Exhibits initiative, sense of urgency, responsibility, flexibility and leadership.
