Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified fellows and interns. Manage the recruitment and selection process of fellows and interns including development of outreach strategies, interviews, and communication with applicants. Review applications, conduct interviews, and select candidates in collaboration with laboratory staff. Serve as the primary point of contact for fellows and interns. Develop a welcome program including opportunities for bonding and social activities. Ensure a successful mentor match for interns and fellows and ongoing support to address any concerns or challenges they may encounter. Design and conduct orientation and on-boarding programs to familiarize fellows and interns with laboratory policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
