San Mateo County Health is seeking an experienced candidate for the role of Manager for the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) (Health Services Manager I) to plan, organize, direct and supervise the operations of the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for the San Mateo Medical Center (SMMC). The Manager will work with various community-based organizations in San Mateo County to develop connections and understand the population dynamics and diversity at the county level. They will work with various population groups throughout the County to deeply understand various health needs and social determinants of health by race, ethnicity, language, sexual orientation, gender identity and disability in the residents of San Mateo County to lead efforts to close gaps in health outcomes.
