About The Role
Gap Inc.s B2B & International Commerce division have brought the Gap Inc. iconic brands Gap, Old Navy, Athleta and Banana Republic, to over 70+ countries across Latin America, Asia Pacific, Europe, Africa and the Middle East. The Merchant will own and support the pre-season merchandise strategies for the Banana Republic Franchise business, driving seasonal product strategies to meet market specific needs. Accountable for delivering annual financial goals, supporting the execution of Franchise Market, and representing Franchise needs in brand milestone meetings. Initiatives include managing franchise exclusives, creating assortment strategies, developing line plans, and analyzing the business for product recaps, seasonal midsights, and seasonal hindsights.
Position will be based in SF HQ and will be part of the Gap Inc Franchise Product team, partnering with Banana Republic Global Merchandising, Franchise Planning, Product Operations, Store Experience and Marketing

Salary Range: $79,800 - $105,800 USD
Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
