Job Title

Oversees daily clinical and administrative operations of client services programs.

Approximately three to eight RBTs would report to the ACS.

Salary range for this position is $70,000 to $77,500.

Direct Client Supervision Activities

  • Assists with initial and ongoing assessments.
  • Directly observe treatment implementation for potential program revision recommendations and communicate to CS.
  • Monitor treatment integrity to ensure satisfactory implementation of treatment protocols (Fidelity and IOA).
  • Direct staff and/or caregivers in the implementation of new or revised treatment protocols with client present (BST) as assigned by CS.
  • Provide sub sessions to maintain utilization of hours as necessary for any Animate Behavior client.
  • Appropriately document all direct client supervision overlaps.

Indirect Client Supervision Activities

  • Propose treatment goals, protocols, and data collection systems.
  • Summarize and analyze data- weekly.
  • Evaluate client progress towards treatment goal and provide summary to CS.
  • Adjust treatment protocols based on CS direction.
  • Review client progress with CS without the client present to refine treatment protocols.
  • Direct staff and/or caregivers in the implementation of new or revised treatment protocols (client absent) as assigned by CS.
  • Report progress towards treatment goals and document in appropriate location for CS review and approval.
  • Appropriately document all indirect client supervision activities.

Staff Supervision Activities

  • Provides BT and RBT supervision as outlined by the BACB guidelines.
  • Collect data and evaluate the effectiveness of supervision of direct reports- weekly.
  • Assists with monthly evaluation of direct reports.
  • Assists with BT note audits of assigned cases.
  • Disseminates Animate Behavior Culture, Policy, and Procedures.
  • Troubleshoots performance issues and brings to CS as appropriate.
  • Assists with competency assessment renewals for direct reports.

Administrative Activities

  • Meets Productive Hour requirements (5-6 hours average per working day depending on location).
  • Maintains minimum of 75% ratio of direct service work (or requirements outlined by CS).
  • Creates individual schedule and adheres to scheduled appointments.
  • Prepare for meetings (i.e. agendas, case presentation, assigned readings/ activities).
  • Communicates to supervisor when additional support is needed.
  • Maintains compliance with all safety, legal, and ethical obligations.
  • Maintains all required credentials.
  • Completes all assignments within specified deadlines.
  • Completes training activities and engages in ongoing learning as instructed by CS.
  • Respond to staff questions and concerns on walkie talkies (Center specific).
  • Assist with immediate scheduling and coverage issues.
  • Provide coverage for clients if parent arrives late (Center specific).
  • Maintain onsite office hours according to a set schedule (Center specific).
  • Convert all timesheets and appointments daily.
  • Other Administrative duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

  • BCaBA equivalent coursework.
  • 1200 total experience hours.
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities under the supervision of a BCBA supervisor across treatment environments, including school, home, and/or community.
  • Knowledge of developmental milestones.
  • Early childhood education experience
