This is a full-time position. We will appreciate candidates with prior experience, hospitality professionals with a good work ethic and a thorough understanding of the flow of a busy fine dining restaurant.
Applicant Must Have
- Minimum of 2 years high volume or fine dining experience
- Punctuality
- Must be self-motivating
- Ideal knowledge of Reservation Systems
- Understanding of busy restaurant flow, and maximizing table usage
- A friendly outgoing and hospitable personality
- A responsible, organized, positive attitude and be able to multitask
- Phone and reservationist experience
- A passion for Food & Hospitality
You must be available for evening shifts.
