About the team
Uber Elite is a first-of-its-kind product designed to deliver unmatched quality, reliability, and white-glove service to our most discerning customers. For many of our Elite riders, these trips represent Uber s very best and the bar is set high.

Uber is seeking an Elite Hospitality Specialist to design and deliver memorable hospitality moments that go beyond transportation. This role will bring to life extraordinary hospitality for our Elite pilot participants anticipating rider needs, creating magical experiences, and setting a new standard for what a premium Uber ride can be. You ll collaborate with fleet operators, product and operations teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to execute hospitality experiences that surprise and delight, while also documenting learnings to inform future scaling of the Elite program.

This is a unique opportunity to help build a completely new muscle at Uber one that blends creativity, operational excellence, and customer obsession.

What you ll do

Deliver surprise-and-delight moments for Elite customers, anticipating needs using Uber and customer-provided data.
Collaborate with contracted fleet operators to execute hospitality experiences flawlessly.
Think creatively and develop unique hospitality concepts that go beyond expectations and create lasting memories.
Balance budget considerations, advocating for special exceptions when the moment calls for going above and beyond.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Ops, Client, Tech, and Marketing, ensuring Elite experiences align with Uber s premium brand vision.
Serve as an internal and external brand ambassador, representing the voice of Elite customers and championing their experience.

Day to day
Plan and execute hospitality experiences for Elite riders, from pre-trip preparation through in-trip execution and post-trip touches
Monitor rider trips (reservations, destinations, occasions) to anticipate opportunities for surprise-and-delight
Document wins, challenges, and case studies that highlight program impact
Track and analyze rider reactions and operational performance, providing feedback loops to leadership
Represent Uber Elite as a brand ambassador, ensuring every interaction reinforces trust, exclusivity, and premium quality

Basic qualifications
GED
2+ years of professional experience

Preferred qualifications
Bachelors Degree (preferred, not required)
2-4 years of professional experience
Hospitality or luxury service industry background
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Innovative thinker with a track record of exceeding customer expectations
Comfortable working in ambiguous and fast-paced environments
Highly organized and able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Creative problem solver with strong attention to detail
Strong attention to detail, history of delivering high-quality output
Experience taking initiative in a constantly changing work environment; resilience to overcome challenges and deliver during fluid conditions
Penchant for problem solving. The right person is energized by problems, loves to obsess about the details
Speed, resourcefulness, and go-getter attitude. This team moves fast and usually operates in new spaces. You pick up things fast and run with them.
