About the Role
We're hiring a Customer Success Manager focused on our AI Agents - a flagship product that helps recruiting teams run searches, write outreach, and uncover hidden candidates with just a prompt.
You'll own the full customer lifecycle for Agent adoption: onboarding, education, expansion, and retention. You'll partner closely with Sales to drive upsells, work cross-functionally with Product to shape roadmap feedback, and serve as the go-to resource for helping customers get real outcomes with AI-powered sourcing.
This is a strategic, customer-facing role with direct revenue impact, and a key part of how we scale the future of recruiting.
