Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Must be friendly and helpful
  • Previous operations experience is a plus
  • Some high school education
  • Food Handler certification may be necessary based on local regulations (cost covered by the associate)

Physical Requirements:

Due to the nature of work, you will often be in hot conditions with steam and food vapors. Expect to remain standing for extended periods. You'll be preparing hot and cold foods and operating various kitchen equipment. Lifting up to 50 lbs. and reaching across counters (up to 36 inches) is required. Our kitchens are lively and energetic, so effective verbal communication skills and the ability to adapt to an evolving work environment are essential. You'll also need to manage conflicts and difficult situations tactfully.

Pay Range: $22 per hour - $25 per hour. Individual pay is determined by various factors, including location and experience.
