We are looking for a creative and innovative Partnerships Design to join our team at Cash App. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing design strategies that drive partnerships and enhance the user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement partnership initiatives.
• Develop compelling visual concepts that align with the brand and resonate with our target audience.
• Conduct research and analyze market trends to inform design decisions.
• Create and maintain high-quality design assets for various partnership programs.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma.
