Job Details

A California-based design firm that provides a wide range of architectural, interior, and planning services is seeking a Project Manager to help them lead projects throughout all phases including design, documentation, plan check and construction administration at their Oakland, CA office.

Your Day Includes

• Oversee and lead all phases of project development, including design/construction documentation, plan check, and construction administration
• Manage architectural support team and coordination of consultants
• Review design/construction documentation for completeness, code compliance, and quality assurance
• Play a key external role including meeting with Clients, Superintendents, and Board Members while leading all planning, construction and agency meetings
• Develop fee proposals, project schedules, work plans, and conceptual cost estimates

Must Haves

• License and degree in Architecture
• 8+ years' experience (with at least 3+ years' experience in similar PM role)
• Familiarity with Revit and proficiency with Microsoft Office products
• Experience working on K-12 Education projects
