Position Summary

Oversees daily clinical and administrative operations of client services programs.

Reports To

Approximately three to eight RBTs would report to the ACS.

Compensation

Salary range for this position is $70,000 to $77,500.

Responsibilities

Direct Client Supervision Activities

  • Assist with initial and ongoing assessments.
  • Observe treatment implementation for potential program revisions and communicate to CS.
  • Monitor treatment fidelity and IOA.
  • Guide staff and caregivers in treatment protocols with client present (BST).
  • Provide sub sessions to utilize hours for clients.
  • Document all direct supervision activities.

Indirect Client Supervision Activities

  • Propose treatment goals, protocols, and data systems.
  • Weekly data analysis and client progress summaries.
  • Adjust protocols based on CS guidance.
  • Review progress with CS to refine protocols.
  • Document all indirect supervision activities.

Staff Supervision Activities

  • Supervise BT and RBT staff per BACB guidelines.
  • Weekly evaluation of supervision effectiveness.
  • Assist with monthly staff evaluations and audits.
  • Disseminate company policies and troubleshoot issues.
  • Assist with competency assessments.

Administrative Activities

  • Meet productivity and direct service ratio requirements.
  • Manage schedules and prepare for meetings.
  • Communicate staffing needs and support.
  • Maintain compliance, credentials, and timely documentation.
  • Engage in ongoing training and support staff questions.
  • Handle scheduling, coverage, and onsite hours.

Minimum Qualifications

  • BCaBA coursework or equivalent.
  • 1200 hours of experience.
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities in various environments under supervision.
  • Knowledge of developmental milestones and early childhood education.
