LHH Recruitment Solutions is assisting a client with a Direct Hire opportunity for an Executive Assistant to CFO & CHRO in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Provide high-level support to the CFO and CHRO, including preparation of board materials, meeting documentation, and management of confidential information. Requires experience supporting private equity boards and handling sensitive communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare board decks, take meeting minutes, and manage board technology platforms.
  • Coordinate occasional international travel (e.g., Europe/Poland).
  • Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve issues.
  • Adapt to evolving priorities and explain process rationale clearly.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), Zoom, Slack.
  • Experience with Google Cloud and board-level support.
  • Familiarity with private equity environments.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years supporting C-level executives.
  • Prior experience assisting CEO, CHRO, or CFO preferred.
  • Exposure to private equity-backed companies and board operations is a plus.

Soft Skills:

  • Strategic thinker with strong execution.
  • Highly resourceful, proactive, and organized.
  • Maintains confidentiality and communicates effectively.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and with diverse personalities.

Salary Range: $120k-$135k
