Qualifications:

  • Completion of some high school education
  • Prior experience in operations is preferred
  • Must meet local regulations such as obtaining Food Handler certification at applicant's expense

Physical Requirements:

This position involves working in hot environments with steam and food vapors. Employees should expect to be on their feet for extended periods, prepare hot and cold foods, and efficiently serve customers. The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long durations, and work in a lively kitchen environment. Strong verbal communication skills, adaptability, and conflict management skills are essential.
