What you bring

EDUCATION LEVEL: Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of B2B sales experience in the elevator or related industry.

OTHER SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Effective presentation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Strong communication, negotiation, objection handling and closing skills with a proven sales track record. Ability to empathize, listen and connect with people to form outstanding customer relationships. Excellent time management, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities. Motivated, resilient, and customer-focused mindset with a strong character aligned with Schindler's values. Experience with SAP and a results-driven mindset to thrive in a competitive sales environment. Demonstrated Ability to handle a mix of office and fieldwork, with flexibility for travel and managing customer interactions.

FUNCTIONAL/TECHNICAL EXPERTISE: Customer Account Management, Negotiation & Strategy, Sales & Closing Skills, Effective communication skills, and Leadership.
