Finance Manager

Location: San Francisco, CA. This position is on-site, Monday through Friday. 10-12 hour days are common.

Responsibilities

• Maintain multi-year financial projections in a 3-statement format.
• Build and manage the operating plan and financial forecast.
• Track infrastructure spend, vendor contracts, and cost allocations.
• Support FP&A across teams and assist in vendor negotiations.
• Prepare investor reports and lead ad hoc finance projects.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of finance experience, ideally in tech or high-growth environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; CFA is a plus.
• Strong 3-statement financial modeling and forecasting skills.
• Experience with cost allocation, vendor management, and contract tracking.
• Working knowledge of US GAAP and month-end close collaboration.

Compensation

$125,000 - $175,000 base + discretionary bonus and generous equity

Base pay range: $125,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr
