Job Title: Workday Technical Consultant (Reporting & Data)

Location: Fremont, CA (Onsite)

Position Type: Full‑time

Base Pay Range: $74,000 – $151,800 per year

Job Description

Focuses on advanced reporting and analytics in Workday.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom reports and dashboards.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Lead a reporting center of excellence initiative that standardized report templates.
• Mentor analysts on calculated fields and composite reporting.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

• Partnered with HR and Finance for reporting requirements.
• Worked with IT and BI teams for data visualization.
• Standardized 80% of recurring reports across HR and Finance.
• Reduced report development time by 30%.
• Workday Report Writer, Prism Analytics, Power BI, Teams, Excel, Jira.

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum: $74,000

Pay Range Maximum: $151,800

Compensation and benefits include: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accident & dismemberment, disability insurance, employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions eligible for need‑based leave), and 10 paid holidays per year. This role may also be eligible for performance‑based bonuses subject to company policies.
