Job Title: Executive Assistant – Investor Relations Team
Location: San Francisco, CA (5 days on-site)
Compensation: $140,000 – $150,000 base + Bonus
A prestigious high-growth global VC firm that partners with bold entrepreneurs to help build enduring, transformative companies is seeking a top-notch Executive Assistant! We are seeking a highly capable and polished Executive Assistant to support two senior executives on the Investor Relations team. This role is critical to the smooth functioning of a high-performing team during an active fundraising cycle, involving complex scheduling, travel coordination, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive-level support including heavy calendar management, domestic and international travel coordination, and logistical planning
- Work closely with IR coordinators to support limited partner (LP) events and meetings
- Manage communications and maintain a high level of discretion and professionalism
- Anticipate executive needs and provide proactive support
- Collaborate with internal teams to support broader Investor Relations initiatives
- Maintain a strong presence in the office and serve as a trusted partner to the executives
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience as an EA in professional services
- Experience supporting senior executives in fast-paced, high-performance environments
- Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills
- Sound judgment, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
- A strong sense of urgency, energy, and professionalism
- Confidence and polish in dealing with senior stakeholders and high-net-worth individuals
- Bachelor's degree required
- Willingness to be available outside of standard work hours
