The Department of Nutritional Sciences and Toxicology (NST) in the Rausser College of Natural Resources invites applications for a pool of qualified temporary lecturers to teach courses in Nutritional Science and related topics. The NST examines the metabolic biology of nutrients and toxicants in relation to human health and disease, covering topics from nutrient delivery to mammalian cells and their molecular functions, to genetics' influence on diet‑associated disease, to programs that address human and environmental health.
